"The Conductor" plays the role of top communicator in his word: responsible for leading each musician individually and combining their sounds to create one piece of music that blends to form one creation. To be successful, every form of communication using all senses come into play. You see the conductor making eye contact, or eyes closed, pointing, swaying, shushing -- using all of the senses to unite a mass of individuals into one goal.
