Hello invited artists! Please read and follow these instructions!
1. Make sure you have received a notification from Cathy Carey at Front Porch Gallery letting you know which piece(s) to upload for final verification to be included in the Finding Your Senses exhibit.
2. Print out, read, fill in and sign the Exhibition Loan Agreement - click on the menu title above to access.
3. Print out and fill in the Artwork List of the pieces you are submitting - click on the menu title above to access.
4. Bring you artwork, and signed Exhibition Loan Agreement and filled out Artwork List to the Front Porch Gallery on the delivery days May 30, 31 or June 1 2024.
5. Make sure your artwork is properly framed in a gallery quality frame. No sawtooth hangers. If unframed make sure your painting is on a gallery wrap canvas over an inch thick. Thin 3/4 inch, stapled on the side canvases unframed will Not be displayed.
6. If your sculpture needs special display requirements please let Cathy Carey know ahead of delivery.
