"Woman on a Journey” is an assemblage that emerged from my grief after the untimely loss of my mentor, friend and cheerleader. Creating this assemblage became a physical conduit for processing sadness, frustration and loss. It currently resides in my studio as a tribute and symbol of the profound impact this fellow artist had on my artistic life.
