Nature art is not only beautiful but is also filled with important ancestral symbols like the cactus that have a deep meaning for our people representing a symbol of resilience. I wanted to convey serious messages about the degradation of the marine ecosystem to raise awareness about climate change through positive means. In addition to warming ocean temperatures, the marine ecosystems are facing threats due to lasting effects of micro plastics. The lips represent the future of what humanity is creating by not speaking out. NFS
